Figuring out what to wear for the whole family can be really overwhelming. You want to coordinate with one another but not be too “matchy matchy”. Personally, after looking at hundreds of photos and studying what photographs well, I have decided to compile a list of outfits that inspire me behind the camera. Pick out one piece and run with it or copy the entire look. It’s up to you. Today I’ll be featuring a look that screams fall but its beautiful colors will photograph very well against beautiful green and white backdrops that your gal Meagan loves so much.
- Neutrals always photograph well. You will never regret wearing white or ivory.
- Stick with the colors around in nature – that olive green dress is to die for.
- Layers! Men (okay their wives or girlfriends) don’t be afraid of a great vest. The texture adds color and a little something extra to the look.
- Long maxi or midi dresses. I don’t know what else to say than it looks beautiful. Long dresses and their movement photograph so well.
- Coordinate but don’t match. If you have shade within the same family – go for it! Stick with colors and color families rather than patterns.
