There couldn’t be anything more wonderful about the night we shot Kate’s maternity photos. Well maybe it would have been nice if the bugs were less annoying and my memory card didn’t break. Regardless, our session was joined with beautiful summer sunlight and some extra special guests. Kate wanted photos to remember this sweet time in her life when baby Lloyd was just in her belly. Fun fact: Kate and her husband Kris didn’t find out the gender beforehand so we had no idea at the time of these pictures. We are now blessed with the cutest little man – baby Lloyd!
I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to take these precious photos of Kate before Lloyd joined us just three weeks later. We were joined by 10+ deer that walked around the park as we got closer to sunset. It was so fun and I couldn’t help but snap a picture of them standing in the tall grasses.
The creamy green background, the warm golden summer light, and Kate’s sweet smile as she looked down to her belly. It made for the most wonderful photoshoot that the Rader family can treasure forever.
