You know those things that you know are just meant to be? Well my friendship with Sarah is just one of those things. I met Sarah through a mutual friend and ever since we met, we hit it off. Both being teachers, passionate about healthy living, being able to chat for hours is just the beginning of what we have in common. When Sarah asked me to photograph her family for fall, I was so excited. I had the honor of photographing her daughter Eliza for her first birthday when I had first started photography. Here I am nine months later with a lot more knowledge and a great friendship. Its hard to say that there is anything better than a pretty fall sunset glow but Eliza’s smile and giggle takes the cake. I hope you enjoy these images as much as I enjoyed taking them.
Throughout our entire shoot, Eliza was so thrilled with every stick she came across. The park was a wonderland of adventure for her and she loved exploring throughout the shoot. Mom and Dad ran around chasing her and in moments of stillness, we caught some of my favorite photos that they will always cherish.
