This sweet session was an excellent reminder of how thankful I am to be a Coralville newborn photographer. As a bun to one client, I had the opportunity to meet Morgan and Andrew this past spring when Morgan was pregnant with their sweet baby girl! I was thrilled to see them again in their new role as parents and to meet sweet Hattie in person. There is something so fragile about those first few weeks as new parents and I never take it for granted that I get to be part of this sacred time. As an Coralville newborn photographer, I love helping my clients choose their wardrobe with assistance of my client closet and wardrobe planning guide I send to each couple. I also bring a variety of wraps and blankets to each newborn session. The guide gives examples of what photographs well and suggestions to where you can go shopping. Their home was the perfect neutral scene to focus on them and their new family. The sun soaked session was full of snuggles, smiles, and small kisses. We photographed baby in the sweet newborn basket surrounded by fresh flowers cut from my garden that morning. There is something similar about babies and flowers that amaze me everyday and demonstrate just how beautiful the world is.
