From the time I bought my first camera, and photographed my friend's tiny little newborn I was never the same. A spark was lit. As a teacher with a lifelong dream to become a mom, I longed to capture life's greatest moments and serve others with unforgettable memories.
HI there! I'm Meagan, the girl behind the camera.
I grew up in the Chicagoland area and moved to Iowa after college. My handsome husband Tony and I started our love story when I was only 19 and ten years later, we have grown our family to include our daughter Emmie Mae and our two kitties, Pepper and Rosemary. We love slow moments. Evening walks in the summer, playing on the floor on Saturday mornings, and sometimes even getting dressed up for a nice dinner. Every moment is special with them and I am so grateful to call them mine.

Pregnancy and motherhood is wonderful and joyful. It is also messy and life changing. In a blink of an eye, bellies grow, babies grow and are grown. We need photographs as mothers to capture this fleeting time in our lives that we never get back.
